I work with the "stuck but motivated." This means adults (18+) who are functioning in daily life but experiencing internal friction, low self-worth, or a lack of direction. I do not provide crisis intervention or psychiatric care.
Integrative Counselling focuses on emotional processing and understanding the past (e.g., why you have certain boundaries). Coaching is future-focused, working on goals and assertiveness strategies. My practice is a hybrid of both, tailored to what you need.
No, I currently focus exclusively on 1:1 sessions with adults. However, I offer individual Relationship & Communication Coaching to help you improve your relationships.
Absolutely. I adhere to strict professional ethical frameworks regarding confidentiality. Everything you share remains private, with standard legal exceptions (risk of harm to self or others) which are outlined in our Safeguarding policy.
